Who?
I am Joni Huopana, a 29-year-old man from Finland. I live in Tampere with my dear wife.
I study psychology in open university, and I do some part-time work in my business. I'm also an investor and a freelancer journalist and a columnist.
I have a neuromuscular condition called Nemaline Myopathy. It is a very rare illness causing muscles to be weak.
In my life Nemaline Myopathy means that I use a wheelchair and need respiratory support approx. 22-23 hours a day. My pronounciation may sound a bit slurred.
I believe in Jesus, and that is the main thing of my life.
My work being part-time, I have a lot of time with my hobbies. They keep the mind healthy and give content to living. While presenting my hobbies on my site I want to make a point - having a disability doesn't prevent living an active and happy life.
